State of the Uterus

I just got back from my 37 week appointment and there's not much to report. Baby's heartrate is good, my weight and blood pressure are good, the baby's head is really low, but I'm only 1 cm dilated and not at all effaced. Sooooooooo we wait and I go back next week.
