SHE WALKS!

Okay, not really. But yesterday Lexi took her first steps: STEP-STEP-STEP-FALL. And she did it again this morning. I guess she just wanted to make sure we ended 2011 on a high note. I'll try to get a video of her doing it next time. I screamed when she took her first steps because Tom was in the other room and I think I scared her. Oops. Happy New Year, everyone!

42 Weeks Old

We got up early today and took a walk around the neighborhood and took a few pictures. We should definitely add early morning walks to our weekend routine - it was peaceful and a great way to start the day! We spent the rest of the day running errands after Stasa's morning nap and then spent the afternoon playing in the playroom. Stasa's taking mroe and more steps each day and has amazing balance - she starts to tip over and then steadies herself by waving her arms like a gymnast on a balance beam.
