Claude Moore Park

It was so beautiful today, Tom and I decided to take Stasa for a hike at Claude Moore. They have a lot of trails to choose from and we did the 1/2 mile one since I forgot the wrap and the stroller isn't quite built for off roading. Stasa slept for the entire hike and didn't wake up until we were relaxing by the pond. I think we'll be taking her there a lot as the weather gets nicer. Here are some pictures from our day.

Saturday BBQ

We hosted a BBQ yesterday for Pete, Tiffany, GrandPops, James and the kids. Stasa was good for the majority of the day and took a couple of cat naps. We had a TON of food thanks to Mrs. Sinai's freezer. I managed to snap a few pictures in between all of Stasa's feedings.
"Where's my food, woman?"

"My hands are sooo tasty."

The end of the week

I hate Mondays.

It's not Monday? Thank God!

Wait! What day IS it?

Friday? Really??

I LOVE Fridays!

Another project

I never posted a picture of the other dress I made because I was going to wait and post a picture of Stasa actually wearing the dress. Well, by the time we got her dressed and ready, we had to leave and I don't think it's appropriate to take pictures at a memorial service. So, we missed out on getting a picture of her.
Soooooooooo, without further ado, here's the dress and the onesie and BabyLegs that she wore with it. She looked damn cute, too.

11 weeks old

Stasa is 11 weeks old today, can you believe it? She's discovered her fist recently and really enjoys muching on it loudly. I'm going to try to capture her sticking her tongue out at me on video soon. It's so funny - if I stick my tongue out, she really tries to stick hers out like me.

Here's her official 11 week picture

I've also been doing a lot of projects lately and recently started making my own onesies with fabric crayons. What do you think?

Here's a video of her being the cutie-pie that she is

I know this video is dark, but you can still hear her sucking/munching on her fist.

Now that's better, isn't it?

I spent the day putting order to Stasa's closet and bureau. Something had to be done because I couldn't fit all of the stuff that was sent to us. So we went to Lowe's and Target and got a bunch of organizers and a closet system. I even managed to install the closet system ALL BY MYSELF. And of course I took some pictures so you guys could praise my organizational skills.
